If you are a multi-office firm, you should set up an account for each office. In each account you will enter the company address which will be used on your reports. Each office will have a different list of technicians, tools and sometimes methods. Setting up each office as an account avoids excessively long lists, allowing for quicker data entry. Each account can have the same company name but should use a different Company ID.
